Overall - popular place with really accommodating staff who were over the top with providing us the BEST SERVICE. Plenty of options, outstanding food. Decent, perfect location just next door to beautiful surroundings, the residential area of `` La Paz '' Masaru and the center of Puerto de la Cruz.

The staff was very nice and really kind and the place was fairly clean. The room we stayed in was spacious with a balcony. The breakfast was great, lots of perfect food. It had a great and decent location not far from the three bars, lovely restaurants, shops, and the residential area of `` La Paz '' Masaru.

I spent 7 nights and would come here again. It was overall clean, staff was excellent. The services were efficient. Besides, my parking was on street. The location in a nice quiet area was perfect and lovely and there were a local supermarket and local supermarkets nearby. The restaurant was nice, I tried savoury dishes.

This is a hotel go-to for Puerto de la Cruz! Comfy place all in all, has polite staff who were over the top with providing us the BEST SERVICE. The location is marvellous, 2 km from Risco Belle Aquatic Gardens. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is perfect.

Food was great and I have nothing but VERY LOVELY memories from this trip. Everything was really good, attentive staff, marvellous views on the garden and swimming pool. Enjoyed a multi-channel TV, a dining area and a seating area in the room. The bed was comfy, slept well, and I had kitchenette. The location was stunning in the center. I had some drinks at Mini Golf Club, positioned 500 metres away.
